What you see in this picture is a grasshopper. It is clinging to my shirt. In fact, I couldn’t get it off my shirt. You see, I found it hanging upside down in a spiderweb. It was about to become a protein shake for some horrible arachnid.
I grabbed my car keys and cut it down. I had to take the webbing off its legs. Not an easy task. After I got the webbing off, it jumped on my shirt. That is when Shiho took a picture of it. I had to walk over to some grass so I could coax it off of my shirt.
Only in Japan do these things happen.
