You know, I was always curious to know how soccer worked in England. There seemed to be so many teams and one team could rise up the ladder and compete in the big leagues if it wanted to. There also seems to be less focus buying high level teams. If you want to get to the top, then you have to earn it. I got the following link from Wikipedia.
