Hard Times

So I went from a team player, a supervisor. a person who’s decisions decide big dollars, to a person who sits in the office and does nothing. I don’t even speak Japanese that well. Good thing for me that soon I will have the morioka orientation and then I will be in the schools, helping kids. Then my real work begins. Today I was reading Michael Moore’s “Stupid White men” I recommend you read it. It’s a great book. Michael is a little too left for my liking, but he book is a solid read, and it really make you think about things you would normally take for granted.
Today I thought I’d show you some of my apartment. Let take a look shall we. I’ll show you all of my crazy little appliances. First lets start in the kitchen:

My Fridge. Small isn’t it!

DSL. My precious!

If I don’t turn off the gas,and there is an earthquake. Boom!

You have central heating. I don’t. So play safe!

It almost consumed me. I heard it’s killed many a Japanese and Gaijin. It’s that scary! It leaks water as well.

Yes, the JET apartment. I’m not going to complain. Mine is beutiful
